Andrew, at Floyd’s Thirst Parlor in downtown Springfield, has created another great cocktail for our summertime cocktail series. The Barracuda is a type of "boat drink," which hits every note you would expect from rum, coconut, pineapple, passion fruit and citrus - it's the whole tropical buffet.
1 oz Clément coconut liqueur
0.5 oz Captain Morgan spiced rum
0.5 oz pineapple syrup
3 dashes grapefruit bitters
3 oz orange juice
1 tsp passion fruit purée
Shake all ingredients vigorously and strain into an ice-filled tiki or Collins glass. Garnish with anything and everything that fits your mood and the glass.
