Cocktail of the month

In the first of our new series ‘Cocktail of the Month’ we’ve teamed up with Graham and Andrew at Floyd’s Thirst Parlor to bring you a seasonal drink, which is certain to tickle the taste buds!

Graham used the bones of a Manhattan to create a comforting set of flavors to keep the winter chill at bay.  The caramel, fruit, and spice flavors from the bourbon and rum create a sturdy, warming base for the drink and the spiced pear liqueur brings a dimension of flavor that feels autumnal and tames the stronger base spirits. The end result is a deep, amber colored drink perfect for sipping.

The Empire's New Clothes
